Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Mom and Dad's.  It was so fun to get together with the family.  We are loving getting to know Paul.  He actually might almost be good enough for Lauren.

Here are some of the things our family is grateful for:

Stuart:  Is grateful for money for dates.  His dad's old Camry.  Sushi.  Steak with Bleu Cheese.  Having his cousin John close by.

Brady:  Is grateful for frozen pizzas.  Anti zombie weapons.  Moccasins.  Subway Sandwiches.  Zelda music for the piano.

Jacob:  Is grateful for someone else cleaning his room.  Taquitos.  Snow pants.  His face book account.  Passing the Sacrament.  Fablehaven.

Maren:  Is grateful for mom letting her use the Cricut.  Hair wraps.  Junk food.  Also someone else cleaning her room.  Calvin and Hobbes.

Dave:  Is grateful for first class tickets when he flies for 27 hours to Taiwan.  Also steaks with bleu cheese. The Food Network.  Whenever Utah looses.  His calling in the Bishopric--sort of.  New Trucks.

Julie:  Is grateful for a wonderful husband and family.  French Fries.  New Cars--especially the smell.  Online shopping so she doesn't have to leave the house.  Music.  Pero on cold, snowy mornings.

I can't help but think of this time last year.  Thanks to all of you for your prayers and messages of support while I was in Portland helping Lynnanne's family.  What a blessing you all were to me through that very difficult time.
